Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Custom work is a huge part of what we do. Share your idea, timeline, and quantity, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you ship?
Yes, we can ship many items and also offer local pickup in the Syracuse area depending on the order.
What if I see something I like, but it’s out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, use the Request This Item option on the Shop page. We’ll review the request and let you know whether we can make it again or offer something similar.
